A Little History
I first opened Elm City Tattoo in Keene, NH in May 2013 and operated in that location until May 2018. I have since relocated to my hometown of Hinsdale, NH which borders both Vermont and Massachusetts and is just a short drive from the former Keene location. Elm City Tattoo has already received numerous awards throughout it's history.
